Who runs this service
Max LaMoureaux, doing business as The Insurance Agent Assistant, runs this service. Contact: theinsuranceagentassistant@gmail.com.
Records you choose to save
The hosted app stores client details, renewal dates, notes, optional photos or logos, your saved profile and appearance, and manual communication notes. Only enter information you need and are allowed to keep. Your plan includes up to 150 client records, including archived clients. Record, photo and log size limits apply.
Account, purchase and security information
We use account and sign-in information to control access. Purchase records include the plan, payment references, paid dates and the exact agreements accepted. Sign-in sessions, security checks and service activity records help operate and protect the app. They are separate from your client records.
Services involved
- Cloudflare hosts the app and its stored records.
- Supabase handles account sign-in and password recovery.
- Stripe is the planned payment provider. Live purchasing is not open; current payment testing uses its sandbox.
- Google Drive is being prepared as a separate destination for encrypted service backups. Automatic customer backups are not active yet.
These providers process information needed for their part of the service. Their final settings, retention and account-closure handling must be reviewed before sales open. This draft does not promise that providers keep no logs.
The Google Drive backup connection
The project owner connects the backup app to the project Google account. The app uses access to specific files it creates or that are selected for it, rather than all files in Drive. Backup files can contain client records and photos in encrypted form. Backup access and the way copies are removed must be finalized before this becomes an active customer service.
Sign-in cookies
The app uses a sign-in session cookie to keep you signed in. A session ending does not by itself prove that every related stored service record has been removed. The final cleanup schedule is still under review.
When your plan ends
You have 15 days after expiry to sign in, view records and download a backup. The hosted-record retention period is 30 days after expiry; it does not extend your access. The removal process must cover stored and backup copies and any required exceptions. Automatic deletion is currently disabled. Account, purchase and security records need separate retention rules before sale.
Your downloaded files
A complete backup contains private records, photos and communication notes. Keep it secure. Files you download are under your control; this service cannot remove copies from your devices or other storage.
Questions and requests
